Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a strategic, highly experienced Vice President, U.S. Patient Access to lead end-to-end access efforts for the portfolio.

You will drive payer management, field access and reimbursement, hub services, and affordability programs while partnering with Sales, Franchise Strategy, and Medical Affairs to translate strategy into execution. Qualifications

• 15+ years in biopharmaceuticals with leadership in patient access or related commercial operations.
• Experience leading commercial organizations including field access and reimbursement teams.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen including budget, contracting and gross-to-net considerations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across commercial, medical, finance, legal and compliance functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. Patient Access organization with vision, operating model and performance expectations.
• Own portfolio access performance, analytics, service quality, and barrier resolution.
• Lead payer management and field access & reimbursement teams and start support.
• Partner with Product and Franchise Leadership to translate product strategies into access execution.
• Oversee end-to-end patient and provider experience, including hub services and affordability programs.
• Lead contracting administration, rebate adjudication, and government price reporting.
• Ensure vendor governance, compliance, audit readiness and risk management.
• Partner on field alignment, reporting and data infrastructure with Enterprise Technology.
• Build scalable capabilities for launches and portfolio growth.
