Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. Patient Access organization with vision, operating model, and performance expectations.
• Own portfolio access performance, analytics, service quality, and barrier resolution.
• Direct payer management, field access, reimbursement, and patient-start support teams.
• Translate product strategies into access execution with Sales and Franchise Leaders.
• Oversee hub services, affordability programs, and distribution channels.
• Manage contracting, rebates, and government price reporting; ensure financial controls.
