Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to senior leadership on risk and business strategies.
• Develop US Legal strategy aligned with core business objectives.
• Oversee a 13-person US Legal team and mentor staff.
• Lead governance, regulatory, IP, and litigation guidance in coordination with Global legal.
