The role reports to the Senior Director, Head of US Ethics & Compliance and is a key member of the Ethics & Compliance team within Legal,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years in biotech/pharma/medical device
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical healthcare compliance training
• Experience developing training plans and curricula
• Experience with LMS, tracking, reporting, and measuring training effectiveness
• Strong ability to build relationships in a dynamic, matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve the US Ethics & Compliance annual training plan, risk-based and role-specific
• Design targeted, engaging training solutions for key audiences
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, R&D, HR, IT, Legal and others to identify training needs
• Create live, virtual, and online training materials on healthcare compliance topics
• Manage training assignments, tracking, completion, and reporting with HR/IT
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, trends, and stakeholder input
