Job summary

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years post-JD in biotech/pharma, deep knowledge of US and international compliance laws, and strong communication skills to train and influence across management levels. Hybrid work model available.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years post-JD experience providing legal counsel in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations, anti-kickback statutes, False Claims Act, and PhRMA Code.

Responsibilities

• Advise Global and US business colleagues on initiatives while addressing legal and compliance risks.
• Serve as Compliance representative on leadership and cross-functional teams to drive risk-based decision making.
• Collaborate on trainings and communications on Compliance policies and risk areas.
