Axos Bank seeks a strategic leader to head Unsecured Consumer Lending as First Vice President. You will drive growth, improve profitability, and optimize the loan origination funnel across personal loan products.

The role demands data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of scaling customer-centric lending programs. Competitive compensation includes a 10% target cash bonus and 10% RSU bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in consumer lending or unsecured lending.
• Strong use of data/analytics to inform strategy and targets.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and profitability for the unsecured lending business unit.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities for loan origination and engagement.
• Develop and refine personal loan offers to improve conversion and profitability.
• Collaborate with credit, marketing, compliance, product, banking and tech teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across operations.
• Provide regular performance updates and data-driven insights to leadership.
