Job summary

FOX Entertainment is seeking a Vice President, Unscripted, a highly creative and entrepreneurial executive responsible for originating bold unscripted ideas and overseeing development through production and delivery. The role requires strong creative and commercial judgment, hands-on production experience, and the ability to build international relationships and secure rights and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of senior experience in unscripted television development, production and/or current programming.
• Proven track record of originating, developing, pitching and delivering successful unscripted series.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Origination and Creative Development: originate distinctive unscripted ideas, formats, and partnerships, build a robust pipeline across genres.
• Current Programming & Delivery: oversee selected series through pre-pro, production, post, and delivery ensuring creative ambition and network standards.
• Slate Strategy & Market Intelligence: identify gaps, build outreach, stay informed on market developments, and represent FOX at relevant events.
• Budget & Operational Management: manage development budgets, forecast, and ensure schedules and budgets are aligned.
