Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive production experience in a senior executive role.
• Deep knowledge of production from casting through delivery.
• Proven track record delivering marquee formats at scale.
• Experience leading large teams of production executives and staff.
• Strong negotiation skills with networks and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of physical production across a high-volume slate.
• Lead productions with external partners and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Manage risk, insurance, and cost reporting for projects.
• Collaborate with showrunners and executives to maintain high quality within budget.
• Develop innovative production models and international collaborations.
• Build production plans, budgets, calendars and staffing assumptions.
• Hire and mentor production leadership and staff.
