Job summary

FOX Entertainment Studios seeks a Senior Vice President, Unscripted Studio - Production to shepherd its unscripted slate to air, ensuring shows are on budget and on schedule. The role requires deep end-to-end knowledge from casting to delivery and a proven ability to balance creative ambition with financial constraints.

You will lead a diverse team, negotiate network and platform deals, partner with external producers, and drive innovative production models for domestic and international

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive production experience culminating in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record delivering marquee unscripted formats and returning franchises.
• Experience managing large production portfolios, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of physical production across a high-volume slate of unscripted series.
• Negotiate budgets and deals with networks, studios and external producers.
• Lead international co-productions and complex production partnerships.
• Hire, mentor, and lead production executives, line producers, and freelancers.
