FOX Entertainment seeks a dynamic Vice President, Unscripted to originate bold unscripted ideas and secure development projects, guiding them from development through to delivery on air. Qualifications

• 13+ years of senior experience in unscripted television development, production and/or current programming.
• Proven track record of originating, developing, pitching and delivering unscripted series.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Origination, development and securing distinctive unscripted ideas and formats.
• Oversee selected series from development through production and delivery.
• Build relationships with production companies, creators, executive producers, showrunners, talent, agents and IP owners.
• Lead decks, treatments, format documents, casting tapes, presentations, sizzles and pilots with clear creative direction.
• Collaborate with Business Affairs, Production and other teams to secure rights and deals.
• Oversee the creative execution of series from pre-production through final delivery.
• Provide creative guidance on format, casting, planning and production.
