Job summary

FOX Creator Studio, a division of FOX Entertainment, seeks a Senior Vice President of Development to lead creator-led projects from concept through packaging. You will shape bold ideas with strong narrative potential, align with talent, and coordinate with internal teams to build scalable franchises across TV, digital, and streaming platforms.

Qualifications

15+ years in creative development in TV or digital media.
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, Media Studies, English, Communications, or related field.
Strong understanding of creator-led storytelling and how digital-native voices can evolve into larger entertainment properties.
Executive presence with the ability to pitch ideas, influence decisions, and advocate bold solutions.
Strong communication and storytelling to clearly articulate vision and align stakeholders.
First-hand experience with YouTube and social platforms, including delivering pitch presentations.
Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative work.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent creative projects across platforms.

Responsibilities

Support creator-led development from concept through package readiness.
Refine ideas into structured, scalable projects or franchises while preserving creative voices.
Identify and source ideas and talent across YouTube, social platforms, and traditional channels.
Guide concepts to more fully developed projects ready for packaging, pilot, sizzle, or proof-of-concept.
Develop pitch materials, written development notes, and project documents for internal/external alignment.
Evaluate concepts for originality, audience resonance, platform fit, and IP/format potential.
Contribute to the studio’s broader development slate and cross-platform IP strategy.
