Job summary

Alpha School is seeking a high-impact VP of Client Success to own the client side of Alpha at one campus and drive relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families. You will manage partnerships, lead enrollment decisions, and convert families into public advocates while maintaining the model's integrity.

The role focuses on executive-level communication, strategic client management, and on-site leadership across multiple campuses in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading high-stakes relationships in private or independent education, fundraising, enterprise sales, client success, or private wealth management.
• 2+ years working directly with ultra-high-net-worth families or similar high-expectation clients.
• Proven ownership of measurable enrollment, retention, advocacy, sales, or client outcomes, including handling sensitive situations.
• Polished executive communication and consultative judgment with conviction in Alpha's model.
• Willingness to live in multiple metro areas and work on-site full-time, including 2–4 evening/weekend events monthly.

Responsibilities

• Build local awareness through partnerships with family offices, private clubs, and independent advisors; run workshops and events to generate inbound interest.
• Lead full client acquisition cycle for wealthy families end-to-end, including enrollment decisions and potential 'not right for family' messages.
• Turn enrolled parents into public champions of Alpha through advocacy networks to grow the pipeline.
• Diagnose and resolve escalations by identifying model, campus execution, or client-fit issues and document precedents.
