Job summary

Alpha School seeks a seasoned Director of Parent Relations to lead engagement with ultra-high-net-worth families and guide end-to-end admissions decisions. You will build local partnerships, host sessions, and convert inquiries into active advocates for Alpha’s accelerated learning model.

The role focuses on preserving the school’s core model while expanding enrollment and parental advocacy, including handling high-stakes escalations and maintaining trust with families across multiple campuses

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading high-stakes relationships in private or independent K-12 education, fundraising or major gifts, enterprise sales, client success, or private wealth management.
• 2+ years working directly and regularly with ultra-high-net-worth or similarly high-expectation families.
• Proven ownership of measurable enrollment, retention, advocacy, sales, or client outcomes, including handling sensitive situations.
• Polished executive communication and judgment with conviction in Alpha's accelerated learning model.
• Residence in listed metro areas or willingness to relocate to the specified regions.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; available for full-time on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Build a metro where Alpha families are 2 Hour Learning’s loudest advocates and where no parent crisis is resolved by compromising the model.
• Run admissions for wealthy families end to end: info sessions, 1:1 CRM follow-up, and enrollment decisions.
• Turn enrolled families into public champions of 2 Hour Learning through advocacy workshops and parent-to-parent networks.
• Resolve escalations by diagnosing whether the problem is the model, campus execution, or family fit, then write up the precedent for the network.
• Keep current families engaged with regular touchpoints and report patterns to leadership.
