Qualifications

• 7+ years leading high-stakes relationships in private or independent K-12 education, fundraising or major gifts, enterprise sales, client success, or private wealth management
• 2+ years working directly with ultra-high-net-worth families or similar high-expectation clients
• Proven ownership of measurable enrollment, retention, advocacy, or client outcomes

Responsibilities

• Build a metro where Alpha families are advocates and champions
• Run admissions for wealthy families end to end, including informing when not the right fit
• Turn enrolled families into public champions through advocacy workshops and networks
• Resolve escalations by diagnosing model vs. campus execution vs. family fit and document precedents
• Maintain relationships with current families and report patterns to leadership
