Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President to lead UAT & Quality Transformation within CCB Risk Decisions, guiding testing across real-time and batch decisioning platforms. You will drive governance, automation, and scalable QA practices in a regulated environment.

You will manage a distributed team, align with Product, Technology, and Risk and deliver high-integrity test artifacts for release readiness and risk control. Strong leadership and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading QA/UAT, testing leadership, and/or program delivery in tech or business.
• Proven ability to define and run testing governance with metrics and executive escalations.
• Experience modernizing testing from manual UAT to automation with measurable improvements.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation across API/service and end-to-end workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own testing and quality strategy across batch and real-time decisioning platforms.
• Lead the testing operating model, governance, gates, escalation paths, and audit-ready docs.
• Modernize UAT and QA via automation-first and CI/CD integrated testing.
• Build scalable automation across service/API and end-to-end processes.
• Drive GenAI-enabled testing with governance and data controls.
• Establish test strategies, entry/exit criteria, defect workflows, release readiness.
• Coordinate end-to-end test planning, reporting, and risk-based quality assessments.
• Partner across Product, Technology, Risk, Data, Controls, Audit, Ops.
• Measure quality with dashboards (defects, coverage, cycle time) and improve outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs across Product, Engineering, Data, Ops.
