Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Vice President of Operations in Miami, FL. This VP-level role will lead the U.S. expansion for a highly successful international hospitality brand, shaping growth and setting the operational standard for new openings and ongoing performance.

You will partner with ownership and senior leadership, building the infrastructure, culture and leadership teams to scale quickly while maintaining exceptional guest experience and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven senior hospitality leader with multi-unit oversight.
• Track record of openings and managing P&Ls.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience building senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. operational strategy and execution.
• Oversee new openings from development through launch.
• Build scalable operational systems, standards and processes.
• Partner with ownership, culinary, development and design teams.
• Develop and recruit senior leadership teams.
• Drive exceptional guest experience and service standards.
• Own budgets, KPIs, forecasting and performance.
• Shape the brand's U.S. expansion culture and model.
