Job summary

TMX Group in the United States (Dallas region) seeks a Vice President, Capital Formation to drive new listings for TSX/TSXV in the southern U.S. Build relationships with company executives and referrals to create awareness of the value proposition.

You will present, webinar and seminar, document sales activities in Salesforce, and collaborate with advisors, investors, and local partners to move opportunities through the funnel and expand TMX's capital markets footprint.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required; Bachelor of Commerce or MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of consultative selling experience, including financial products and services.
• Proven ability to present to C-Level executives with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify opportunities for TSX/TSXV listings in the southern U.S.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executives, advisors, investors, and partners.
• Articulate the value proposition of TSX/TSXV relative to other exchanges.
• Document activities in Salesforce and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Represent TMX at industry events and prepare thought leadership materials.
