Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President of Product Portfolio Strategy in Trust & Security to drive strategic initiatives across authentication, identity, and fraud prevention. You will collaborate with product, technology and business leaders to shape strategy, influence key results, and deliver secure customer experiences across multiple channels.

The role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide senior stakeholders through complex tradeoffs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Strategy/Technology Consulting or Banking/Fintech with product exposure.
• Strong business and product liaison capabilities translating strategy to execution.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform prioritization and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage senior stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level strategic presentations on Trust & Security priorities for C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate across Product, Technology, Design/Research, Analytics, Operations, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Lines of Business to ensure feasible strategy.
• Drive program execution by identifying dependencies, escalating risks, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
