Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President Product Manager to shape Privileged Access Management strategy within Corporate Technology, Identity and Access Management. You will partner with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and customer teams to deliver scalable, auditable access solutions for human and non-human identities.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• 5+ years of delivery experience in cybersecurity/Identity and Access Management/Privilege Access Management with engineering partnership.
• Deep knowledge of PAM principles, controls, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience in PAM domains: just-in-time access, RBAC, secret management, or privileged sessions.
• Experience defining product requirements for APIs, integrations, and enterprise security platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven success metrics and outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive updates and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Privileged Access Management capabilities.
• Drive modernization of privileged access patterns through just-in-time access, passwordless approaches, and least-privilege controls.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to translate customer needs into well-defined requirements, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Manage delivery plans, timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and risk mitigation to meet commitments.
• Lead onboarding, communications, and change management to increase adoption and sustained use of privileged access services.
• Analyze adoption metrics, operational data, and customer feedback to identify trends and inform prioritization.
• Develop executive-ready reporting that provides visibility into adoption, health, progress, and outcomes.
