Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business execution, program delivery, Treasury, Finance, Operations, Data Management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in large-scale financial services organizations.
• Strong understanding of governance, controls, data management, and business process improvement.
• Proven ability to drive execution, manage competing priorities, and influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Treasury Group priorities and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment to platform objectives, business outcomes, and enterprise goals.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Establish transparency through executive reporting, delivery metrics, issue management, and progress tracking.
