BNY Mellon is seeking a Vice President for the Corporate Treasury team in New York, NY. The role centers on intraday liquidity, Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI) stress testing, data quality, and reporting to senior stakeholders.

You will lead the design and execution of testing frameworks, produce governance materials, and ensure robust controls supporting regulatory, audit, and management requests. Cross-functional collaboration across Treasury, Risk, Operations and Technology is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Knowledge of Liquidity regulatory reporting (YY, LST, FR2052a, LCR/NSFR)
• Expert in intraday liquidity management and stress testing design
• Experience with governance, regulatory, audit or control activities
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and basic coding skills

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Treasury, Risk, Operations, and Technology to improve data quality and reporting automation
• Lead development and enhancement of intraday liquidity stress testing frameworks
• Produce and review stress testing analyses and governance materials for senior stakeholders
• Conduct intraday liquidity stress testing scenarios and report results to senior management
• Support regulatory, audit, and governance requests with documentation and controls
• Allocate funding costs to lines of business to meet FMIs liquidity requirements
• Translate priorities into actionable testing, monitoring, and escalation processes
