Kforce is seeking an experienced VP & Treasurer in Saint Louis, MO to lead the treasury function and shape long-term financial strategy for growth. The role oversees cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt financing, and risk management while partnering with senior leadership to optimize capital structure and drive strategic initiatives.

The position demands strategic insight, strong communication, and the ability to influence across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 10+ years in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or capital markets.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing finance/treasury teams.
• Strong experience with cash and liquidity management, debt financing and risk.
