Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking an experienced Treasury/Cash Manager to oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity, and treasury operations across the organization. You will manage banking relationships, support cash forecasting, and develop dashboards and reports for leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, plus strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP) and experience with treasury systems such as Kyriba. Bond experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong cash management and treasury experience.
• Experience managing banking relationships and working with credit card processors.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and treasury processes.
• Experience working within a large or upper mid-market organization.
• Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP.
• Experience developing dashboards and financial reporting.
• Experience with Kyriba or similar treasury management systems preferred.
• Bond experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards to track cash and treasury metrics.
• Analyze treasury data and provide leadership with recommendations.
• Support banking services and credit facilities.
• Assist with bond-related activities as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and controls.
