Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Chase Travel Corporate - Travel Manager Experience to lead the traveler experience portfolio. You will collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial leaders to drive end-to-end improvements in the travel manager journey.

You will set the vision, translate ambition into a sequenced delivery plan, and mentor product managers while delivering measurable business outcomes for travel programs and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for customer-facing technology products.
• Ability to operate strategically while driving hands-on execution with a bias for action.
• Track record of shipping products delivering measurable business and user outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with trade-offs under uncertainty.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication with executive stakeholders.
• Deep fluency with agile product development at scale.
• Ability to work autonomously and progress through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for traveler experience.
• Lead strategy and execution for reporting and dashboard products and online booking tool integrations.
• Make decisive trade-offs, remove blockers, and move from insight to shipped product.
• Define success metrics and hold the portfolio to measurable outcomes.
• Map and improve the end-to-end travel journey, prioritizing high-impact investments.
• Ground decisions in customer research, data, and direct travel manager feedback.
• Partner with engineering, design, data and analytics, and commercial leaders to align priorities.
• Influence senior stakeholders by communicating strategy and progress with clarity.
• Develop and mentor product managers, raising the bar on product craft and execution.
