WSP Global Inc. seeks a highly experienced Local Business Leader to head the Central and Western Pennsylvania Planning Practice as VP of Transportation Planning from Pittsburgh.

The role demands leadership over advisory and planning services, client development, and project management across Pennsylvanian projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets, and collaborate with planning, environmental, civil, and transit staff to deliver complex transportation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in transportation planning, environmental planning, or policy related services.
• Experience leading projects and supervising staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to develop business and technical strategy with others and deliver high quality work.
• Experience with PennDOT, BPT, PRT, MPOs or RPOs is a plus.

• Provide strategic leadership for the planning discipline and function.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through siting, impact assessment, and permitting.
• Manage budgets, hours, and expenses to ensure profitability.
