Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in transportation planning, environmental planning, or policy related services.
• Led projects similar to those described and managed staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the planning discipline and function.
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams across siting, impact assessment, permitting, and transportation planning projects.
• Lead large-scale transportation planning projects, ensure budgets, profitability, and supervision of staff.
