You will mentor Project Managers, drive opportunity pursuit, and oversee contracts across assigned markets to advance PEC’s growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the AE consulting industry preferred.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar annual sales development or project management.
• PE license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PEC’s purpose and vision to clients and staff.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers within assigned Market(s).
• Lead opportunity identification, Go/No-Go decisions, and proposals within assigned Market(s).
• Oversee contract negotiation and execution within assigned Market(s).
• Develop market-specific strategic plans supporting PEC’s overall strategy.
• Provide timely reports on contingent liabilities, contract expenses, and risk.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and key decision makers.
