Qualifications

• Extensive experience reading RFPs and developing proposal strategies.
• Organized, self-starter with ability to adapt to industry trends and competitor activity.
• Proven track record growing client relationships and revenues.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience growing revenues and pipeline year over year through extensions and new work.
• Experience managing proposal and presentation development.
• Strong client interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication across levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PEC’s purpose and vision to clients and staff.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers within assigned Market(s).
• Lead opportunity identification, Go/No-Go decisions, proposals, and contracts.
• Oversee contract negotiations, execution, and enrollments within Market(s).
• Lead Client Service Managers as assigned.
• Develop and execute market-specific strategic plans aligned with PEC’s goals.
• Achieve market revenue and profit goals within budgets.
• Oversee P&L for assigned Market(s).
• Provide timely reports on liabilities, contract expenses, and risk.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and decision makers.
