Job summary

Citi in New York seeks a Vice President Project Management Lead to drive large transformation programs across data, technology and regulatory domains. You will partner with senior leaders, SMEs, product owners, business analysts, and engineers to shape objectives, plan delivery, and manage dependencies.

The role blends day‑to‑day delivery with strategic governance, risk management, and executive communications.

Qualifications

5–10 years of project or program management experience.
Experience delivering transformation initiatives involving data, technology, or regulatory change.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex transformation initiatives with data, technology, or regulatory components.
Define objectives, requirements, priorities, deliverables, and success measures with business leads and SMEs.
Translate objectives into executable project plans with tech leads, analysts, and delivery teams.
Manage projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, governance, risk management, implementation.
Coordinate multiple workstreams ensuring timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables alignment.
Monitor health, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate as needed.
Prepare executive communications: status updates, decisions, risk summaries, escalation materials.
