Job summary

Citi is seeking a disciplined, proactive program management leader to own end-to-end PDLC transformation as a Vice President in New York. This role will build and refine the enterprise program plan, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and ensuring momentum across pilots, dependencies, and governance.

The candidate will drive accountability, deliver crisp executive readouts, and maintain rigorous execution in a fast-moving, transformation-focused environment. Hybrid work model in NYC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, or transformation delivery in large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and ensure comprehensive program management plans (charters, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, resourcing) align with objectives.
• Lead day-to-day execution, coordinate pilots, manage blockers, and ensure cross-functional alignment across business, technology, operations, risk, and HR partners.
• Establish governance cadences and dashboards for senior management visibility, risks, and outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks and issues with mitigation plans and escalation as needed.
• Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and align cost-benefit analyses with business objectives.
