Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with traded products and financial data in credit risk, product analysis, data architecture, or related field.
• Experience with derivatives, securities, futures and options data structures and risk concepts.
• Ability to translate product and risk questions into analytical model requirements and business rules.
• Strong collaboration with technology teams to deliver data models and governance.
• Proficiency in SQL and data validation across complex datasets.
• Knowledge of data quality, lineage, controls, and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own analytical requirements and roadmap for data products supporting wholesale credit risk reporting across traded products and lending exposures.
• Capture and translate business requirements into analytical models and semantic definitions.
• Collaborate with Technology to deploy Databricks tables and analytical models for ThoughtSpot.
• Align sourcing and delivery with Credit Risk and partner orgs; communicate priorities to senior stakeholders.
• Rationalize legacy reporting into shared governed models while preserving product distinctions.
• Define data quality, lineage, metadata, reconciliation, and control requirements.
• Drive self-service adoption in ThoughtSpot with prototypes and training.
