Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline.
• 7–12 years of experience in financial services; wealth management/private banking experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment solutions and portfolio management.
• Demonstrated track record of building relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience in a risk and controls framework; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for approved trade ideas—from pre-trade analysis and trade planning through execution coordination and post-trade review.
• Size trades, assess platform capacity, liquidity considerations, and client/account impact.
• Create, communicate, and syndicate a trade plan accounting for sequencing and allocation policy.
• Present trades and nuances to the Global Portfolio Management team for awareness and coordination.
• Maintain daily communication with internal and external partners; escalate changes, risks and issues as needed.
• Drive initiatives to enhance investments and implementation, including overlay management, lower costs, and operational efficiency.
