Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in financial services; wealth management/private banking experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment solutions and demonstrated interest in portfolio management and markets.
• Demonstrated track record of building relationships and partnering effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels (investment, trading, operations, and client-facing teams).
• Prior experience operating within a risk and controls framework; strong attention to detail and sound judgment in execution.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to synthesize trade considerations for broad audiences.
• Experience working with large datasets (analysis, automation, workflow efficiency).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for approved trade ideas—from pre-trade analysis through execution coordination and post-trade review.
• Create, communicate, and syndicate a trade plan that accounts for sequencing, liquidity, and allocation policy.
• Present trades and key nuances to the Global Portfolio Management team for awareness and coordination.
• Maintain daily communication throughout the trade lifecycle with internal and external partners, escalating changes, risks, and issues as needed.
• Conduct post-trade review and document key learnings.
• Drive initiatives to enhance investment offerings and implementation, including improved overlay management, lower costs, operating efficiencies, and deepen managed platform.
