Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of third-party supplier engagements from onboarding to termination.
• Maintain supplier inventory records and monitor portfolio health and risk remediation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, risk assessments, and due diligence.
• Drive cross-functional reviews and document inputs across partner teams.
• Support contract lifecycle activities including negotiations and renewals.
• Ensure contractual obligations align with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Track renewal timelines and manage remediation and exit activities.
• Identify and manage operational, cybersecurity, and resilience risks.
• Act as primary contact for business owners and supplier stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure sub-processor commitments are met.
