Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Information Security and Controls - Vice President in the Supplier Issue Management team to strengthen supplier risk oversight and security standards across the firm.

You will review assessment findings, validate closure evidence, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and critical suppliers to reduce risk, while shaping best practices in risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of information security, risk, or supplier management experience.
• Understanding of supplier IT risk and IT control policies.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders up to managing director level.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business groups.
• Attention to detail in reviewing documentation and evidence.
• Commitment to quality and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in identifying and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Review assessment findings for accuracy and compliance.
• Validate closure evidence from suppliers, including policies and documentation.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to address issue management queries.
• Provide consultative leadership to business partners to resolve findings with action plans.
• Engage with critical/high-risk suppliers to expedite remediation and provide progress transparency.
• Liaise with business partners to ensure timely remediation of action plans and risk acceptances.
• Manage the entire issue lifecycle from identification to closure validation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within supplier management.
• Support internal education and share best practices with peers.
• Maintain understanding of the supplier risk assessment process to align with policies.
• Communicate effectively with senior management across groups.
