Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in third-party risk governance and supplier oversight.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional reviews with InfoSec, Legal, Compliance.
• Proven track record in risk assessment and remediation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern third-party engagements from onboarding through termination and ensure compliance with TPO standards.
• Coordinate onboarding and due diligence, including risk assessments and approvals across teams.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and terminations with governance alignment.
• Identify risks, drive remediation actions, and support regulatory readiness activities.
