Lead budgeting, communication plans, and program execution while fostering process improvements and team development to support Baptist Health’s workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CEBS/SPHR/CCP certifications preferred.
• Healthcare experience highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategic direction, planning, budgeting, and execution of Total Rewards programs across Baptist Health.
• Provide oversight for compensation, benefits, and employee health services.
• Partner with HR and executive leadership to ensure Total Rewards strategies align with organizational priorities.
• Drive continuous process improvement and standardization across Total Rewards programs.
• Provide expert guidance to HR and leadership on compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards matters.
• Ensure Total Rewards programs comply with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute Total Rewards communication strategies with Corporate Communications.
• Monitor market, regulatory, and organizational trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ensure timely execution of annual Total Rewards cycles and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop high-performing Total Rewards teams and promote collaboration and accountability.
