Responsibilities

• Leads the Bank’s total compensation, benefits and reward programs aligned with business objectives.
• Oversees compensation, benefits, and executive incentive programs including market pricing and salary administration.
• Ensures compliance and data integrity across plans and reporting; supports governance and risk management.
• Manages the HRIS (Workday) configuration, data integrity, reporting and payroll integration.
