Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in supplier governance, third-party risk management, risk and controls, program management, compliance, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of third-party risk management principles and supplier governance practices.
• Experience interpreting policies and providing practical guidance for compliant governance execution.
• Experience partnering with business, risk, controls, compliance, procurement, supplier management, and technology stakeholders.
• Experience creating executive-ready written materials and presentations for governance.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders and deliver outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Lead supplier governance initiatives promoting consistent adoption of third-party risk management practices.
• Advise on supplier governance requirements, risk management expectations, and firm policies and standards.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships and awareness of governance requirements.
• Create and deliver clear communications for senior leaders, business partners, and governance forums.
• Partner with stakeholders to support supplier risk assessments, governance reviews, remediation, and risk-based decisions.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier governance processes, communications, and operating practices.
• Monitor industry, regulatory, and internal governance developments and translate changes into guidance.
• Support supplier-related events, escalations, and governance activities with coordinated communications.
• Develop materials, presentations, and reporting providing transparency into governance activities.
