Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President, Third-Party Governance in Consumer and Community Banking and International Consumer Banking to drive clear, consistent supplier governance across a complex organization. • Minimum 7 years in supplier governance or related fields.
• Knowledge of third-party risk management principles.
• Ability to interpret policies and provide practical guidance for governance.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Experience creating executive-level communications and governance materials.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supplier governance initiatives across business functions.
• Advise on governance requirements, risk management expectations, and firm policies.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to improve governance awareness.
• Create clear communications for executives, partners, and governance forums.
• Support supplier risk assessments and remediation activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional working groups and governance meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance processes and stakeholder experiences.
• Monitor industry, regulatory, and internal governance developments and translate changes into guidance.
• Support supplier-related events, escalations, and coordination of actions.
• Develop reporting and materials showing governance activities and risk management initiatives.
