Cambium Biomaterials, Inc. in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Vice President, Thermal Protection Products, to lead the commercialization of ablatives, insulators, nozzle liners and related systems for solid rocket motors and hypersonics.

This senior role partners with R&D and executive leadership to translate materials research into next-generation products, build strategic customer relationships, and align the commercial direction with Cambium’s growth roadmap.

Competenze

• 5+ years in thermal protection materials (engineer or scientist).
• 5+ years in commercially relevant product expertise in thermal protection for solid rocket motors, ablatives, and hypersonics.
• Experience leading development and commercial transition of thermal protection products.
• Strong track record building cross-functional teams between commercial and technical groups.
• Clear, concise communication with team, customers, and stakeholders.

• Be the commercial lead for thermal protection product development from concept to production.
