Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant technology field or equivalent industrial experience.
• 5+ years of post-graduate industrial experience in advanced materials/polymers.
• Strong understanding of polymers and materials science fundamentals.
• Experience manufacturing/formulating polymer composites or adhesives.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a lab and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide design, formulation, and manufacturability of high-temperature resins.
• Mentor junior scientists and spend significant time in the lab.
• Plan experiments with DoEs to evaluate additives and formulations.
• Analyze data and present findings to leadership.
