Qualifications

• Lead enterprise security governance, program management, and risk-based decision making.
• Develop and mature security operations, engineering, and threat-informed defense programs.
• Ensure alignment with NIST/ISO/CPCI-SOX/SOC etc. regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, privacy, internal audit, and technology teams.
• Drive measurable security improvements across hybrid on-prem/cloud environments.
• Define and communicate security metrics and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity operations & engineering programs, including strategy, risk governance and budgeting.
• Partner with legal, compliance, privacy, internal audit and technology to strengthen posture.
• Oversee SOC/MSSP performance, incident triage, runbooks, and cross-functional response.
• Manage threat intelligence, detection, vulnerability management, and remediation.
• Guide secure development lifecycle, cloud security, and security engineering efforts.
• Develop operational metrics, SLIs, and executive-facing updates.
