JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President in RM&C Digital Strategy & Enablement in Jersey City. You will govern technology investments, lead budgeting, and drive portfolio governance across finance, business, and technology units.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to optimize ROI and deliver strategic outcomes. You'll shape standardized practices across Risk Management & Compliance, monitor KPIs, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to a resilient technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing large technology portfolios.
• Expertise in budgeting technology initiatives and resource allocation.
• Leading organizational change to support new operating models.
• Proven track record in analysis, design, and rollout of product operating models.
• Ability to establish standards, frameworks and best practices across multiple units.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the technology investment governance framework.
• Lead annual technology budgeting and planning with finance, business, and tech leaders.
• Develop business cases and review new technology demand through the year.
• Manage technology investment portfolio, track and optimize spend.
• Standardize ROI definitions and translate portfolio data for stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between technology, finance and business units on priorities.
• Define and implement standardized governance for product operating model.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for technology investments and governance.
• Identify best practices for investment governance and product management.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
