Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Risk Management and Compliance division seeks a Vice President for the RM&C Digital Strategy & Enablement team within the Finance & Business Management organization. The role blends strategy, problem-solving and collaboration to govern technology budgets and transformation initiatives, delivering transparent portfolio reporting and strong governance across technology investments.

You will partner with senior leaders across RM&C, FP&A, and Corporate Technology to drive investment

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience managing large technology portfolios.
Expertise in overseeing budget and resource allocation for technology initiatives.
Lead organizational change initiatives to support new operating models.
Proven track record in analysis, design, and rollout of product operating models.
Standards, frameworks and best practices across multiple units.

Responsibilities

Oversee and enhance technology investment governance framework.
Drive annual technology planning and budgeting in partnership with finance, business, and tech leaders.
Develop and review business cases with each business lead for investment details.
Manage technology investment portfolio: tracking, reporting, spend optimization.
Define and standardize ROI measures and governance practices across RM&C.
