Job summary

Our client, a leading international investment bank, seeks a Vice President (VP1/VP2) to lead deal execution and client management within the Business & Tech-Enabled Services team in San Francisco. The role emphasizes significant transaction ownership, cross-functional leadership, and direct client accountability.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end M&A and debt raisings, overseeing materials and financial analyses, and mentoring Associates and Analysts while expanding relationships

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Significant investment banking experience with Business & Tech-Enabled Services M&A track record.
• Proven ability to lead transaction execution and manage deal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of M&A advisory transactions and debt raisings.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients and manage relationships.
• Oversee preparation of confidential information memoranda and presentations.
• Direct development of financial analyses and valuation models.
• Drive sector-specific due diligence and client opportunities.
• Mentor Associates and Analysts, providing feedback.
• Support origination and business development efforts and pitches.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and private equity partners.
