Job summary

JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management Technology is seeking a Business Manager to support the Infrastructure/Cloud and Architecture platforms in Jersey City. You will partner with CTOs to deliver strategic initiatives and manage budgets, risk and reporting across Technology teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Management and/or Financial Services experience, with an understanding of Technology organizations, Cloud/FinOps, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, able to translate complex data into simple, impactful insights for senior audiences.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing complex, fast-paced projects with flexibility to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven guidance to all key stakeholders to achieve necessary business outcomes
• Support CTO partners with the delivery of their strategic initiatives
• Partner with Technology leads to shape and execute AWM’s Cloud strategy and operating model
• Lead management and reporting of Financial & Headcount budget, and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate periodic Town Hall and Management meeting agendas, and prepare materials for senior leadership presentations
• Provide input, support, and enhance management reporting
