Responsibilities

• Lead Projects & Stakeholder Management for TCIO Innovation portfolio, coordinating key initiatives and executive communications.
• Translate business problems into requirements and design specs using current and end-state process flows.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to enable adoption of emerging technologies and migrations.
• Monitor productivity improvements and cost savings across the project portfolio.
• Manage intake and prioritization of new use cases aligning with inter-department strategies.
• Develop and grow the team as TCIO expands its footprint across spaces.
• Drive AI awareness and transformation among junior members in partnership with management.
