Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to lead the TCIO Innovation Projects & Stakeholder Management team. You will coordinate key initiatives, manage project plans, and oversee engagement with senior stakeholders across North America and beyond.

The role requires translating business problems into requirements, collaborating with Centers of Excellence, and driving AI adoption. You will guide a growing team as the organization advances platform migrations and modernization efforts

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in a technical project or product management role in a financial organization.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs to assist with requirements writing, design and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to break a process into its relevant pieces using process visualizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare executive level presentations.
• Prior project management experience planning and managing development cycles end to end, with Agile methods and tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and deliver with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead project manager on key initiatives, including creating project plans and scorecards, tracking milestones, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Translate business problems into actionable requirements and design specifications using current and end-state process flows to align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to support adoption of emerging technologies and platform migrations/upgrades.
• Monitor and report productivity improvements and cost savings across the project portfolio.
• Support intake and prioritization of new use cases from business stakeholders and align planning accordingly.
• Manage and develop a team as the group expands its footprint within TCIO.
• Drive AI awareness and transformation among junior members in partnership with management.
