• Proven commercial lending experience with meaningful C&I exposure.

• Solid understanding of commercial credit, underwriting, and loan structuring.
• Established network and/or demonstrated ability to generate new relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Community or regional banking experience is a plus.
